Products Shipping

​We do our best to process an order within 3 business days. However, it may take up to 2 weeks for shipping confirmation. At all times we use certified partners for the shipping process. By default, CTT Registered Mail will be used. However, alternative certified partners can also be used due to business reasons or any other acceptable reason.

For orders made in Portugal, the product typically arrives within 2 business days after shipping confirmation. International orders may have a longer delivery period, depending on the destination country or location.

For orders outside Portugal, standard shipping is sent by CTT Registered Mail or CTT Express Mail. For orders outside Portugal, a shipping confirmation may not be automatized. However, we may send the tracking information upon request by e-mail to captaintom.brand@gmail.com.

All orders are shipped by CTT Registered Mail or CTT Express Mail.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can track your order online.

ATTENTION: Captain Tom Brand is not responsible for any clearance or customs fees charged at the country of destination. Such expenses may apply in accordance with the local law. All products purchased on our website are shipped from Portugal, a European Union member country.

Exchanges & Returns 

If you want to exchange or return your order contact us by email at captaintom.brand@gmail.com

All orders are exchanged or returned via mail, since we don't have a store to receive them in person.

You can exchange or return your order within 14 days (counting the weekends and holidays) after receiving it, and send it back to us within those 14 days. If you send it after those 14 days the item won't be accepted and it will be sent back to you.

For an exchange or return to be accepted the item must be in perfect conditions (without having been worn, washed or containing any odors).

The item must have the hygienic protection placed, the same way as it was sold.

It also must be accompanied by the clothing bag you received when you bought it.

If the item is not in the right conditions it is only sent back to the costumer, after the costumer has paid the shipping costs to send it back to them, since it's their responsibility to check if the item was in the proper conditions and unworn when they send it to us for an exchange or return.

In case of a return we will reimburse the costumer through Mbway, bank transfer or PayPal, within 30 days after we received the item.

The exchange shipping costs are paid by the costumer when it's send to us, and paid by us when it's send back to the costumer.

The return shipping costs are divided between the two parties, when the costumer sends it back to us.

We recommend send it by CTT Registered mail, CTT Express mail, or a currier, since the order is traceable and has a tracking code. If the costumer sends the order by CTT Normal mail, the brand is not responsible in case the order gets lost and doesn't arrive to our address. In those cases we will NOT refund or process any exchange or return, since we didn't receive the item.

Invoices or VAT number

Users who would like to include a VAT number, address or other data in the invoice, shall specify it in the notes section during the process of purchase.

It is also possible to request the inclusion of data to the invoice through e-mail to captaintom.brand@gmail.com, provided such request is made within 24 hours after purchase.
